Is there parking at the event venue?
Yes, there is limited parking nearby at Tivoli Garage and other areas on campus.
However, we highly recommend rideshare options for the day of the event as parking is limited.
If you plan to drink, do not drive.
Where do I go to check in?
Check in will be conveniently located on 11th st. & Larimer, this will additionally be the easier place for your rideshare drivers to drop you off!
Turn onto 11th St. from Auraria Parkway and head south. You will see a check in sign as you approach.
Are kids allowed to come along?
No, the event is strictly 21 and up only. Valid ID is required to obtain entry.
Is there a map, how do I find my way around?
You can access our map, event schedule, and additional information through our attendee website! Scan the QR code at entry to access the website.
Can you buy tickets on site?
No, all tickets must be purchased online here!
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
All sales are final! You are welcome to give your tickets to a friend as long as they are 21+
Is there a lost and found?
If you lose something at the event, head to check in to see if it was turned in. After the event, contact us through our contact form.
What happens if it rains?
The event is happening rain or shine! Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. It will likely be hot, so be sure to wear a hat, sunscreen, etc.
Are water bottles allowed?
Yes! And we will have water stations available for you to refill at. You will also receive a 12 oz cup at check in that you can use for all of your drinks.
Are gluten-free or vegan options available?
There are limited options and those are noted on the menu on the attendee website. Please check with each individual booth about dietary limitations and allergies. We as the event producers do not guarantee any specific dietary options. This is not an allergen-free event. All attendees accept responsibility for their health and choosing which foods are safe for them to consume. If you have a food allergy, this may not be the right event for you.
